About the Opportunity

The Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Supply Chain to join our team. As a key leadership role across the supply chain portfolio, you will provide expertise in managing and analyzing data to support decision making and monitor performance of the service.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor Degree in business, science or engineering, or other fields relevant to the duties performed. A minimum of three years' experience in a supply chain analytical role working with large volumes of complex information is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze data to support decision making and monitor performance of the service
  • Provide leadership to analyst teams and work closely with the Supply Chain Management team
  • Supervise staff and coach to achieve high levels of performance
  • Manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • Forge partnerships with other functional areas to drive performance across the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in business, science or engineering, or other fields relevant to the duties performed
  • Minimum three years' experience in a supply chain analytical role working with large volumes of complex information
  • Project management certification an asset
  • Lean certification an asset
  • Experience supervising staff and coaching to achieve high levels of performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
