About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will provide expertise in managing and analyzing data to support decision making and monitor performance of the service.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in supply chain analysis and a proven track record of working with large volumes of complex information. You should have a Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering, and a minimum of three years' experience in a supply chain analytical role. Project management certification and Lean certification are assets. You should also have experience supervising staff and coaching to achieve high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze data to support decision making and monitor performance of the service
  • Work closely with the NSH Supply Chain team to provide expertise in supply chain analysis
  • Supervise staff and coach to achieve high levels of performance
  • Manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • Forge partnerships with other functional areas to drive performance across the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering
  • Minimum three years' experience in a supply chain analytical role
  • Project management certification and Lean certification are assets
  • Experience supervising staff and coaching to achieve high levels of performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • Ability to forge partnerships with other functional areas to drive performance across the business
