Supply Chain Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Provincial Drug Distribution Program (PDDP) warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals to customers throughout Nova Scotia. The program also serves nursing homes and emergency medical services. The Team Leader prioritizes staff workload, prepares schedules, ensures safety protocols are followed, compiles and monitors productivity and customer service statistics, and tests and implements new information technologies.
About YouWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have:
- Grade 12 plus one-year community college program in supply chain related field
- Three (3) years of experience in supply chain and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Co-ordination, organization, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and management team
- Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with warehouse management system an asset, specifically TREND/TWL
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Competencies in other languages preferred, French an asset
- Permanent, Full-time / 70 Hours Bi-weekly
$31.15 Hourly
