Job Title: Interim Supervisor

About the Role:
The Interim Supervisor will provide leadership to assigned site location(s) and be responsible for the day-to-day management of employees, workflow, client service, occupational health and safety, and resources within the aforementioned locations. This role will also ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned site location(s)
- Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures
- Manage workflow, client service, and occupational health and safety
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset
- 3-5 years leadership experience managing a team and function
- Phlebotomy skills, Home Care and/or Data Sort experience
- Understanding of PSC functions, administrative skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership qualities and skill sets
- Strong understanding of the importance of meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and understands requirements for QRA and EHS compliance
- Strong communication skills and good punctuality
