Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Supervisor to join our team. As a Client Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of client services representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of client services representatives to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of client services representatives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that our service standards are met
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
