Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at GTA Couriers Inc. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, recommending measures to improve work methods, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recommend personnel actions and coordinate repairs and rentals.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 35 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
