We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in a designated geographic area. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring and coaching our Territory Managers to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business targets
  • Mentor and coach Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Integrate sales systems and metrics to drive sales excellence
  • Deliver market insights and analysis to inform sales strategies and decisions
  • Travel extensively within the region to engage with customers and sales teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of sales growth and leadership experience
