Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue business opportunities with prospective and current customers in the small market segment.
- Develop and implement a national sales plan to achieve sales goals.

- Collaborate with the SME Team and National Growth Team to identify new revenue opportunities and develop business with employers under 100 employees.
- Develop and deliver effective proposals that articulate a compelling value proposition and demonstrate the unique value of Mercer's solutions.
- 0 to 5 years of Business Development experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
