Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial, Communications and Other Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our business services team at TYM BUSINESS Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, as well as ensuring the effective implementation of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of senior executives to achieve business objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and suppliers
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets
  • Ensure the effective management of human resources, including recruitment, training and development
  • Represent the organization at senior levels, both internally and externally
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in business development and strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent contract
