We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative and clerical support to contribute to the success of our department.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare various documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Handle clerical tasks such as mail distribution and file maintenance
  • Manage cash control records and inventory standards
  • Coordinate meetings and order supplies
  • Assist with payroll data entry and SAP support
  • Maintain filing systems and records retention
  • Participate in evaluating programs and Manager On Duty Shifts
  • Other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate from an administrative/business support program
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience with SAP time and labour
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
