As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our litigation team by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for our lawyers and staff
    • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Record Keeping and Filing
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Office Administration
    • Provide general administrative support to our litigation team
    • Assist with preparing financial statements and reports
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues
    • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications
