Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TeamChopra Realty Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Communication
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other correspondence as needed.
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Manage and maintain our office equipment and technology.
  • Special Projects

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in MS Word and MS Office.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Language
