Client Service Coordinator Job Summary

The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing the productivity of the veterinary medical team, and ensuring good communication with associates and clients. This position is responsible for coordinating the care of clients and pets in a welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.
