Job Title: Lead Supervisor I

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a Lead Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales and operational excellence in our stores. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a Team: Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in our stores.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with store management, sales associates, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
