What you will do:

As the Project Manager you will manage creative projects across a multi-platform/multi-business organization to keep projects on track and delivered on time. You will manage communications between Creative Services and our internal stakeholders from adjacent teams and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new and ongoing creative projects.

The Project manager takes on more complex projects, with longer lead times and dependencies from a wide range of groups at Cineplex. Assist with developing and implementing process efficiencies to help the creative team deliver creative projects in a timely manner. The Project manager is also the day-to-day manager of our work platform, Workfront and ensures the team is using it to it's fullest potential.

Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience of direct project management. Must have a working proficiency with Adobe Workfront or other enterprise level project management platform.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Creative senior leaders to deliver small to large creative projects, from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Intake creative briefs and marketing plans, organize requirements, and build accurate workback schedules.
  • Organize and schedule project kickoffs, regroups and presentations
  • Coordinate and communicate directly with designers, video team members, web teams, copywriters and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are understood and milestones identified in the workback schedule are met. This includes monitoring daily prioritization and resourcing across the creative services team and ensure the creative and production team is unblocked and running as smooth as possible.
  • Deliver creative files to required parties and archive creative assets after project completion.
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Creative Services to optimize and streamline Adobe Workfront processes, ensuring maximum efficiency in project workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to customize and configure Adobe Workfront to meet specific project and departmental needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of Adobe Workfront processes, procedures, and configurations for reference and training purposes.

Education & Certification

  • College or University Marketing or Business Degree

Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house team
  • 3-5 years of experience of direct project management
  • Must have a working proficiency with Adobe Workfront or other enterprise level project management platform
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
