Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dealer Registration Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our registration services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless dealer onboarding and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process legal forms in a timely manner, adhering to prescribed formats for registering new dealers and maintaining existing dealer files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Update and enter new data on our computer systems in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to prescribed formats.
  • Perform filing and administrative duties as required, ensuring efficient and organized workflows.
  • Assist with daily auction day duties as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, or in-person, providing timely and professional solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, handling complaints and providing alternative solutions.
  • Occasionally assist with clerking duties during auctions as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of experience in a retail or hospitality industry (experience considered an asset).
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Detailed, accurate, thorough, and skilled at follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain organized workflows.
  • Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze facts and provide advice to required parties.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn multiple systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and solve problems through investigation.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
