Key Responsibilities- Raise awareness among dealers about RBC Investor Services' presence in the market.
- Develop and maintain relationships to ensure consistent quality of service delivery for our key strategic partners.
- Distribute Fund Fact Sheets and maintain dealer and intermediary agreements.
- Communicate and monitor information using Fundserv's Fund Company Bulletin automatic mailing service.
- Respond to Fundserv file issues and trade rejection inquiries.
- Review daily new sales person reporting and email inquiries.
- Monitor, flag, action, and file emails from the generic Dealer Relations inbox.
- Reconcile and manage commission and trailer fee payments.
- Maintain a dealer contact management database.
- Bilingual language proficiency in English and French.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in the financial or asset servicing industry.
- Completion of the IFIC Operations of Mutual Funds course.
- Segregated Funds knowledge.
- Previous customer/dealer service experience.
- Excellent exposure to communicate with various business partners and stakeholders.
