Job Summary

This role requires a confident and self-assured individual with strong initiative and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate can adapt quickly to changing conditions, think creatively, and build strong relationships beneficial to the business. The position demands high-quality, organized, and repeatable results, with a broad scope of responsibilities and frequent shifts in priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with contractors, developers, and the design community
  • Implement sales strategies with existing and potential clients
  • Provide technical leadership to customers on precast concrete products
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for smooth sales-to-execution transitions
  • Sales tracking and recording
  • Represent the company at trade shows
  • Travel throughout Ontario as required
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • A self-starter with minimal supervision and direction
  • Persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales is a strong asset
  • Working knowledge of 3D modeling with Tekla and CRM- Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in the Precast Concrete Industry
