We are a leading provider of architectural and structural precast concrete solutions with a strong presence in Brampton and Woodstock, Ontario.

Job Summary

This role requires a confident and self-assured individual with excellent communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships, implement sales strategies, and provide technical leadership to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with contractors, developers, and the design community
  • Implement sales strategies with existing and potential clients
  • Provide technical leadership to customers on precast concrete products
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Sales tracking and recording
  • Represent the company at trade shows
  • Travel throughout Ontario as required
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Persuasive and effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales, 3D modelling with Tekla, and CRM- Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in Precast Concrete Industry
