About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Associate to join our team at PreCon Precast Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, developers, and the design community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop new relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Provide technical leadership and support to customers to help them understand the benefits of using pre-cast concrete products
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track and record sales performance and provide regular updates to management
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Travel throughout Ontario as required to meet with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
  • Persuasive and effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales a strong asset
  • Working knowledge of 3D modeling with Tekla and CRM software
  • Experience in the precast concrete industry
