This role involves providing administrative support in accounts payable to wholesale buyers/sellers, requiring meticulous organization skills and multitasking abilities. The main focus is on stocking vehicles, adding vehicles to Excel sheets, and creating accounting files.

  • Stocking vehicles to PBS and Garage Registry Excel sheet
  • Adding vehicles to Pick-up/Transport/Export Excel sheets
  • Creating accounting files
  • Mailing out cheques to dealers
  • Arranging carrier transportation
  • Tracking of shuttle kms/oil changes/maintenance
  • Help checking in vehicles as they land
  • Help locate any missing ownerships/book recalls for landed units
  • Moving of vehicles on the lot may be necessary at times
  • Filing paperwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
