Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our retail and wholesale operations at ONTARIO INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in allocating resources, coordinating teams, and establishing financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 16-20 people supervision experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
