Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Administrator to provide administrative support to our wholesale buyers/sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock vehicles to PBS and Garage Registry Excel sheets
  • Add vehicles to Pick-up/Transport/Export Excel sheets
  • Process bills of sale for cheque requests and EFTs to accounting
  • Create accounting files and maintain accurate records
  • Mailing out cheques to dealers and arranging carrier transportation
  • Track shuttle kms, oil changes, and maintenance
  • Assist with vehicle check-in and locate missing ownerships/book recalls
  • Perform filing and paperwork duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in dealership accounting/administrative duties
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
