The South Shore Family Resource Association seeks an Executive Director to lead its operations in four family resource centers across Digby, Lunenburg, Queens, and Shelburne counties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • The Executive Director is responsible for the management and supervision of four family resource centers.
  • Direct accountability to the SSFRA Board of Directors.
  • Implementation of policies and work plans at the operational level.
  • Primary duties include strategic planning, budget management, policy development, grant writing, supervision, partnership development, program promotion, and evaluation.

**Qualifications:**

  • Degree or Diploma in a community-related field and/or 5 years' experience in the management and delivery of community programming in the non-profit sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and online applications.
  • Education and experience in trauma-informed workspaces and reflective supervision are considered assets.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between counties.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • $28 per hour, 40-hour work week.
  • Other benefits available and will be discussed at the interview.
