Total Rewards Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a Total Rewards Coordinator to design and deliver a comprehensive retirement & benefits program, supporting hotel People & Culture teams and working with third-party partners to administer and review plan offerings. About the Role: The Total Rewards Coordinator will be responsible for: * Processing benefits and retirement plan invoices for corporate employees * Coordinating with the Benefits Team, Finance, and service vendors to resolve invoice inquiries * Reviewing and advising on the invoicing process to find efficiencies and streamlining Key Responsibilities: * Benefits and Retirement Plan Administration + Canadian Employee Benefits: - Review benefits interface error reports and manually enroll employees as needed - Assist hotel teams with retirement plan administrator platforms access - Update policies and procedures, employee handbook, and benefits guides + International Assignee Benefits: - Perform benefits enrollment, plan changes, and termination for international assignees - Conduct quarterly audits of international billing - Resolve enrollment and data integration issues with service vendors and IT Team + Canadian and US Employee Retirement Plans: - Process monthly retirement contributions for corporate Canadian employees - Assist with annual retirement contributions for US and Canadian employees - Support annual audits in both US and Canada Requirements: * Undergraduate degree or equivalent * Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in total rewards or related field
