As a Manager of Channel Partnerships at Helcim, you'll oversee a team of Partnership Sales Specialists tasked with cultivating partnerships across various channels including banks, professional associations, accountants, enterprise clients and software platforms. You will guide your team through the full partnerships cycle, ensuring they exceed goals and proactively build and manage their pipelines. What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit, manage, and grow channel partnerships.
  • Work closely with large enterprises and handle RFP processes for major merchants and chains.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
    Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to your team in prospecting, negotiation, and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key merchants and stakeholders within your region.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing sales metrics and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Act as an advocate for both your team and the Helcim brand, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within your team.
  • Represent Helcim at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and forge new partnerships.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, partnerships or related leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of fintech industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
