Job Summary

The Director of Fund Development & Partnerships will serve as the primary point of contact for the development activities of Window World of Boston, under the guidance of the Executive Director. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for the arts or non-profit sector, who is committed to delivering exceptional donations administration and donor service, as well as coordinating successful annual giving activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for fundraising and partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Coordinate and execute fundraising events and campaigns
  • Manage donations administration and donor service
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to achieve development goals

Requirements

  • Superior administrative, research, events, and hosting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
