Enterprise Account Manager - Amazon Key for Business

Join Amazon Key for Business as an Enterprise Account Manager and drive the adoption and growth of our secure delivery service among our largest and most strategic enterprise customers.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Program Management to manage our top customer relationships and serve as an escalation path for the success of our building management customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, including top multifamily owner operators, property managers, and large organizations.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their delivery and access control needs and position Amazon Key as the premier solution.
  • Architect comprehensive Amazon Key programs tailored to each customer's requirements, including integration with their existing systems and processes.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and implementation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for your enterprise customers, providing exceptional client service and support.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand Amazon Key's footprint within your accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
About the Team:

Amazon Key for Business is the multi-unit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team, enabling 1-Click access to Amazon logistics' delivery drivers to customers' doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience in an enterprise account management, business development, or strategic partnership role, preferably in the logistics, technology, or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex, enterprise-level SaaS or hardware solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite and other senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into comprehensive, value-driven solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales/account management best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in property technology, specific to multi-family.
  • Demonstrated success in driving the adoption of innovative, technology-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with smart home technology and the connected home ecosystem.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Certification in account management or sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Solution Selling).
