Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team at Targeted Talent. This is a remote position, and our company is based in Vancouver. Our client is a rapidly growing software development company.
You will have the opportunity to work with a global B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software business, utilizing your analytical skills to translate quantitative and qualitative customer data into action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Utilize software such as JIRA, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Atlassian to manage customer relationships and data.
- Participate in pre-sales meetings and onboard new customers.

- Experience with directory services (DirSync, AADSync, Active Directory/domains) and messaging platforms (e.g., Office 365, Exchange, G-suite, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, Zimbra).
