Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.

We are looking for a Bilingual Workshop Coordinator to join our group and provide a high level of support to internal and external customers as it relates to repairs. A central resource who maintains clarity, frequency and accuracy in all that they do. Acts as the main liaison between internal and external customers to ensure that all aspects of repairs and service activities are scheduled, executed and completed in a timely manner. Required to manage tools calibration scheduling and ensures high level traceability.

Do you consider yourself an organized person? This role is for you You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory and issuing tools in compliance with ISO Inventory

As Bilingual Workshop Coordinator, you will be the liaison between internal and external customers to ensure that everyone is taken care of in the best possible way

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Coordination and scheduling of all repair activities
  • Ensures technical details regarding a service call are received by the customer and are recorded
  • Prepares and ships the appropriate tools and parts
  • Administration and maintenance of inventory
  • Proactively manages tools process
  • Ensures tools compliance with ISO standards
  • Manages the in-shop repairs process
  • Ensures all invoicing is done accurately and in a timely manner
  • Processing of orders for spare parts, tools and consumables
  • Proactive follow up with customers
  • Participation in service meetings as necessary
  • Preparation of miscellaneous reports as needed or requested by the Service Manager or the Service Supervisor
  • Ensures all appropriate policies and procedures are followed
  • Ensures key stakeholders are informed
  • Acts as back up to the Field Service Coordinators and Help Desk when required
  • Any other duties as assigned.

What do we expect from you?

  • College Diploma in Business Administration, Instrumentation, process controls or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of coordination and/or scheduling experience required
  • Intermediate computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
  • Fluency in English and French (written/spoken) is required
