Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and negotiate contracts, including sales agreements, purchasing agreements, amendments, and master agreements.
  2. Review customer-proposed terms and conditions, identify risks, and act as a liaison between internal and external clients to ensure timely review.
  3. Lead and facilitate contract negotiation discussions as necessary.
  4. Maintain contractual documentation and manage changes in the contract database.
  5. Coordinate the entire RFx and contract lifecycle process from initial intake to final submission and contract award, ensuring deadlines are met.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal.
  7. Produce quotations and proposals in both French and English.
  8. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and signature guidelines on agreements.
  9. Participate in and implement process and system improvement initiatives.
  10. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of relevant contract management experience.
  2. University or college degree with relevant experience.
  3. Experience as a paralegal and in the healthcare industry is an asset.
  4. Strong understanding of terms and conditions of agreements and tender documents.
  5. RFx project management experience is an asset.
  6. Fluent in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
