Senior Change Manager with Expertise in Mergers

Duration: 6 month contract to start, high possibility of extension

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office) Mississauga, Toronto, Waterloo


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend change strategies that foster awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of required changes.
  • Oversee the execution of change strategies and plans for transformation initiatives, collaborating with initiative owners/business leads and coordinating with various teams.
  • Engage in regular Enterprise Change Enablement Office meetings, bringing business unit insights, escalating issues, sharing lessons learned, and evaluating future improvements to enhance the organization-wide offering.
  • Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Leading change management efforts for Mergers and Acquisitions.

Must Haves:

  • 8+ years’ experience working through strategy, design, design, development, and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives with a focus on the impact to people, processes, technology, and organizational structure
  • Expertise and experience in change management principles, methodologies, and organizational communication.
  • Demonstrated experience with Mergers & Acquisitions
