Senior Change Manager with Expertise in Mergers

Duration: 6 month contract to start, high possibility of extension
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office) Mississauga, Toronto, Waterloo
Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend change strategies that foster awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of required changes.
- Oversee the execution of change strategies and plans for transformation initiatives, collaborating with initiative owners/business leads and coordinating with various teams.
- Engage in regular Enterprise Change Enablement Office meetings, bringing business unit insights, escalating issues, sharing lessons learned, and evaluating future improvements to enhance the organization-wide offering.
- Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading change management efforts for Mergers and Acquisitions.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years’ experience working through strategy, design, design, development, and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives with a focus on the impact to people, processes, technology, and organizational structure
- Expertise and experience in change management principles, methodologies, and organizational communication.
- Demonstrated experience with Mergers & Acquisitions
