Senior Manager, Technology Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Technology Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Technology Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Technology Mergers and Acquisitions engagements, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, including technology due diligence, separation planning, and integration.
- Provide expert advice on technology-related matters, including data strategy, management, and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
- Substantial experience in Technology consulting and/or system migrations, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial literacy.
- Deep knowledge of data structures, data architecture, modeling, and database schema, as well as experience with data integration and migration approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with database management systems, cloud environments, and data migration tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, and Java.
