Key Responsibilities
  • Support project management for M&A transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence and develop tax strategies, aligning with business objectives.

Requirements

  • CPA designation is an asset, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
