About the Role
Are you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX is looking for an Inside Account Representative to deliver results and provide exceptional customer service. You will manage specific accounts, drive revenues and margins, and handle complex customer issues.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer and territory P&L.
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound calls.
- Coordinate with field sales for RFPs, proposals, and QBR presentations.
- Identify and execute business growth opportunities.
- Develop relationships at purchasing, sales, and operational levels.
- Align with vendor management to achieve goals.
- Build and maintain detailed account profiles.
- Identify and address potential issues promptly.
- Develop documentation and delegate tasks to support teams.
- Travel and attend industry events as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders.
- Use project management skills to complete customer requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Post-secondary education and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent.
- Strong data entry, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Clear and effective communication in English and other local languages.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasive selling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications.

- Gérer le P&L des clients et du territoire.
- Générer de nouvelles affaires par des appels entrants et sortants.
- Coordonner avec les ventes sur le terrain pour les RFP, les propositions et les présentations QBR.
- Identifier et exécuter des opportunités de croissance commerciale.
- Développer des relations aux niveaux des achats, des ventes et des opérations.
- S’aligner avec la gestion des fournisseurs pour atteindre les objectifs.
- Créer et maintenir des profils de compte détaillés.
- Identifier et résoudre rapidement les problèmes potentiels.
- Développer la documentation et déléguer des tâches aux équipes de soutien.
- Voyager et assister à des événements de l’industrie au besoin.
- Assurer le traitement rapide et précis des devis et des commandes.
- Utiliser des compétences en gestion de projet pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Éducation postsecondaire et 1 à 3 ans d’expérience, ou équivalent.
- Compétences solides en saisie de données, résolution de problèmes et pensée critique.
- Communication claire et efficace en anglais et dans d’autres langues locales.
- Compétences en négociation et vente persuasive.
- Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps solides.
- Capacité à s’adapter aux changements et à travailler sous pression.
- Engagement envers les normes éthiques et la confidentialité.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration.
- Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques et des applications pertinentes.
