We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team Inside sales is an excellent opportunity to grow in our organization with the focus on becoming an outside sales representative and managing your own territory, typically within 6 months - 2 years.
The Inside Sales Representatives (ISP) help to support and grow assigned outside sales territories. You must be comfortable making several calls per day, working with internal departments, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
**Job Description**:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with assigned outside reps to grow the revenue base
- Minimum of 15 outbound calls per day
- mix of cold calls/ prospecting, account reviews, conflict resolution & past customers.
- Call notes to be updated in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that same day
- Review daily quotes to identify opportunities
- Provide customer demos on our online platform
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
**Qualifications**:
Skills & Requirements
- Post Secondary School - Diploma or Degree (required)
- Proven results oriented person
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills through the phone
- Must be comfortable using Google Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt when dealing with challenging circumstances, customer demands, last minute requests, deadlines
