Key Responsibilities:- Order review and processing
- Client invoicing and payment processing
- Contract renewals management
- Maintain accounts receivables, arrears communications, chargebacks, and collections
- Project creation and resourcing
- Month end reconciliations and reports
- Client Database management
- Support administrate compliance requirements with REW MLS board partners and clients.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy is maintained with regards to exposure to sensitive business and client information.
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure client and REW success is always a priority.
- Provide administrative support to all areas of the organization, ensuring projects/tasks are executed with the highest quality and on time across all assigned focuses.
- Special projects as required.
- Backup accounts payable as required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a billing and admin heavy role
- Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google suite, with spreadsheet specialization
- Excellent communication skills, and can create clear, concise, and engaging responses
- Ability to multitask with a strict attention to detail, in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility around scheduling and managing workload
- professional demeanor strong interpersonal skills
Adjusting thinking and adapting to changes as the work environment shifts is necessary for this role to demonstrate Flexibility and Managing Uncertainty. The billing specialist will be able to work effectively in an unstructured environment, following processes and practices .
Organization and execution to meet objectives on time, with high quality and process follow-through are expected to demonstrate the Detail Oriented and Effective competencies. The billing specialist is skilled at prioritizing and completing tasks accurately and on time with high expectations of self and others.
Prioritizes and actions internal customer needs are expectations for the billing specialist to demonstrate Customer Focus. The administrative role will be relied on to respond promptly and accurately to requests, and share concerns or opportunities for improvement.
