Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Support Agent to join our team. As a Billing Support Agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues related to billing and orders.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve high-risk orders and unauthorized transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues and provide product updates.
- Meet performance metrics and follow through on assigned tasks with efficiency and high quality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Excel and detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Call Centre experience is an asset.
- Flexible schedule (Mon-Sun 9 am-11 pm ET, including Stat Holidays).
