Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Support Agent to join our team. As a Billing Support Agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues related to billing and orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing and order-related issues via phone and email
  • Investigate and resolve high-risk orders and unauthorized transactions
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders and billing
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Meet performance metrics and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
  • Call center experience is an asset
  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends
