We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of a production plant to produce high-quality products and to direct activities that ensure product quality. Oversee the management of all personnel within the various production departments. Achieve the highest levels of profitability for the site. Responsibilities encompass general plant management, safety, quality control, equipment maintenance, cost analysis, production control and scheduling, logistics, labor relations, and overall operations. for the maintenance of all process equipment throughout the plant as well as the supervision and support of the team. He/she will also develop the continuous improvement and safety performance programs. In this role, the Operations Manager will also oversee 2 depot centers

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the workforce, prioritizing safety and productivity and actively engage in daily operations

  • Manage inventories efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance for informed decisions.
  • Play a critical role in the Business Execution team.
  • Assure product quality exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide and analyze reports related to plant operations.
  • Handle miscellaneous duties and projects as needed.

You have at least five (5) years’ experience with the required educational background. Ideally you have a strong customer focus, are at ease with making decisions, can establish plans with strong execution skills. Your strong coaching skills will serve to motivate and provide direction and foster teamwork.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un gestionnaire des operations qui sera responsable de la gestion quotidienne de la production pour fabriquer des produits de haute qualité et de diriger les activités visant à garantir la qualité des produits. Superviser la gestion de l'ensemble du personnel au sein des divers départements de production. Atteindre les niveaux les plus élevés de rentabilité pour le site. Les responsabilités englobent la gestion générale de l'usine, la sécurité, le contrôle de la qualité, la maintenance de l'équipement, l'analyse des coûts, la gestion de la production et des horaires, la logistique, les relations de travail et l'ensemble des opérations.pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat sera responsable de la maintenance de tout l'équipement de traitement dans l'usine, ainsi que de la supervision et du soutien de l'équipe. Il/elle développera également les programmes d'amélioration continue et de performance en matière de sécurité. Deplus, il/elle sera responsible de 2 centres de depot
