Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager at Great Foods. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and optimizing production processes. This role will be located in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Operations management, production planning, and supply chain management skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of food production regulations and safety standards
- Experience in communicating with customers
- Experience with inventory management and quality control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
