Your Skills and Experiences- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing/Retail distribution center environment is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a site leadership role (50+ indirect reports)
- Knowledge of various production and quality systems (GxP, GMP, ISO, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.);
- Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
- 1+ years of experience with leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement
