About the role:

As a Senior Manager in Financial Reporting Systems you'll lead the optimisation and management of the global financial consolidation and reporting platforms. You will be instrumental in overseeing system improvements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and driving accuracy in data management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the global financial consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Optimise the use of OneStream or HFM to improve system performance and reporting efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and IT, to enhance system integration and data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with global financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes and system functionalities.
  • Provide training and support to global finance teams on financial systems and reporting tools.


Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in managing financial reporting systems, with a focus on OneStream or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
  • Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting within a large, complex organization.
  • Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS or US GAAP).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
