We are seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Family Law Lawyer/Student to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in family law and a commitment to providing excellent legal representation to clients facing various family-related issues. As a Family Law Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of cases, including divorce, child custody, and support issues along with other family law matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of family law.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and arguments.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, and court filings.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in family law statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness.
  • Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct at all times.

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
