Job Title: HR Consultant/Advisor
Location: Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC - In-office
Pay: $80K - 90K base
About the Company: We are partnered with a HR Software and Consulting firm to help them find an HR Advisor to join their Toronto or Vancouver office.
As their HR Advisor, you'll conduct training, handle workplace investigations, and manage employee relations. Strong communication skills and knowledge of employment legislation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in employee meetings.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs.
- Assist with terminations, including drafting letters and exit interviews.
- Implement HR documentation for clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and laws.
- Coordinate with sales, advisory, and consultancy teams.
Requirements:
- HR/Business degree preferred.
- CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation required.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Confident communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
