We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Peninsula Canada. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support in managing their HR needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality HR advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support in managing their HR needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest employment legislation and best practices, ensuring our clients receive the most accurate and relevant advice.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services to our clients.
  • Contribute to the development of our HR services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our offerings.
Requirements
  • CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, with a strong focus on employment law and relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
