About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Peninsula Canada. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert HR advice and support to our clients, helping them navigate complex employment law issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to clients on employment law matters, including absence management, disciplinaries, workplace violence and harassment, terminations, and other HR-related issues.
  • Support clients in resolving HR-related issues, including providing guidance on documentation, investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their HR needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulatory requirements, ensuring that clients are informed and compliant.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services to clients.
Requirements
  • CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a shared service centre or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide sound advice and guidance to clients.
