Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to clients on employment law matters, including absence management, disciplinaries, workplace violence and harassment, terminations, and other HR-related issues.
- Support clients in resolving HR-related issues, including providing guidance on documentation, investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their HR needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulatory requirements, ensuring that clients are informed and compliant.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services to clients.
- CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation is mandatory.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a shared service centre or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide sound advice and guidance to clients.
