About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Peninsula Employment Services Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in delivering expert and strategically driven HR advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support
    • Provide expert advice on complex HR matters, including terminations, disciplinaries, and employee management issues.
    • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients, offering strategic solutions and navigating them through intricate HR challenges.
  • HR Expertise
    • Demonstrate subject matter expertise and foster client empowerment on HR best practices, compliance, and relevant legislative updates.
    • Lead high-level client meetings, offering insights and recommendations to address organizational HR needs.
  • Case Management
    • Take ownership of complex HR cases, managing them through to resolution while building strong client relationships.
    • Accurately document all client interactions and advice provided in Salesforce and other relevant systems.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in HR and employment legislation.
    • Meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
  • CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing your workload accordingly.
  • Previous experience in a KPI/target driven environment is highly desirable.
  • The ability to motivate yourself and those around you.
  • An organized self-starter with an enthusiasm for exceptional service delivery.
