Mandatory Requirements

  • Candidates must be a registered Respiratory Therapist within Canada.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory business plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on the features and benefits of our medical devices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote our products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.



Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) with direct hospital experience in Canada (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical device market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
