Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and culinary arts, along with experience in various aspects of the INDIAN food industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee kitchen operations and staff to ensure high-quality food production
  2. Plan and create innovative menus that meet quality standards
  3. Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  4. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
  5. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  6. Train and supervise kitchen staff in culinary skills and best practices
  7. Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes

Requirements

  1. Proven experience working in the food industry, preferably in restaurant management or a similar role
  2. Strong skills in food preparation, bartending, supervising, and kitchen operations
  3. Knowledge of food handling, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  4. Leadership abilities to lead a team effectively
  5. Culinary degree or certification is a plus
